This is a 5 minute Ignite Style presentation about the Civil Rights of classifed English Learners. This presentation was presented to the BU Wheelock Department of Language  & Literacy during our October 2020 Department meeting. In this video I present a brief overview of classified English Learners and Civil Rights and briefly present preliminary findings from a research project investigating how the Civil Rights of classified English Learners are being met during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
